Photography Style

We shoot on professional full frame mirrorless Nikon cameras and we edit in what we call vibrant moody. It is true to life color with richness and depth, pulled blacks, clear and accurate skin tones, and a saturation that makes every image feel alive. Our couples often tell us our galleries feel like a hug. Like real life, preserved exactly as it was. Our editing is designed to elicit memory, not just admiration. When you look at your photos ten or twenty years from now you will not just see what happened. You will feel it.

We are storytellers, not directors. We believe the most powerful moments at any wedding are the ones that happen naturally, without an audience. One of the most emotional parts of any wedding day for us is the first look. That quiet moment between two people before the world rushes in. Without two hundred guests watching, couples allow themselves to feel everything fully and those are the frames that will take your breath away for the rest of your life.

The Belle & Bee Experience

From the moment you reach out we want you to feel like you found your people. Every couple begins with a complimentary consultation where we get to know you, make sure we are the right fit for each other, and walk through our detailed wedding day questionnaire together. We plan thoroughly in advance so nothing falls through the cracks and you can be fully present on your wedding day knowing everything is handled.

We deliver full wedding galleries within 60 to 90 days depending on the season. We travel within one hour at no additional charge for engagement sessions and we are absolutely open to traveling further with accommodated travel fees. We also offer destination wedding coverage because love does not stay in one zip code and neither do we.

We have had the joy of shooting at some of Northwest Ohio and the greater Toledo area's most beautiful and unique venues including Bloom and Bower, Nazareth Hall, The Stables, Meadowbrook, Third Social, Hebans, The Armory, and many more. From lush garden settings and rolling country landscapes to urban cityscapes and architectural gems, we love them all. What matters most to us is that the venue feels like you.

In addition to photography we offer wedding videography through Bee-Roll Event Videography, a proud part of the Belle & Bee family, including our exclusive hybrid package that gives you a cinematic 5 to 7 minute highlight film alongside your full wedding gallery without the cost of hiring a separate videographer.

We offer three affordable wedding packages as well as custom package building for couples with unique needs. We believe beautiful wedding photography should be accessible and we have built our pricing around that belief.

What Happens Next? Your Belle & Bee Experience from Yes to Gallery


From the moment you reach out to the day your gallery lands in your inbox, we are with you every single step of the way. Here is exactly what working with Northwest Ohio's award winning wedding photography team looks like:

Step One: Let's Meet

Every journey begins with a complimentary consultation, your choice of a phone call, Zoom, or a coffee date because we are real people and we want to actually get to know you. We talk about your wedding day vision, your venue, your personalities, and what matters most to you. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a real conversation to make sure we are the perfect fit for your day.

Step Two: Locking In Your Date

Once we decide we are meant to work together, we prepare your custom contract reflecting everything we discussed. To officially secure your wedding date on our calendar we require a 25% retainer payment returned with your signed contract. The remaining balance is not due until two weeks before your wedding day, giving you plenty of breathing room as you plan. We make payment easy and flexible, accepting check, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, cash, or credit card through Square with a direct invoice from us to you.

Step Three: The Details Meeting

Approximately one month before your wedding day we reconnect for your wedding day planning session. This is where we go through your wedding day questionnaire packet together and nail down every detail. Your family portrait shot list, your timeline, your creative portrait ideas, special moments you want captured, and anything else on your mind. By the time your wedding day arrives nothing has been left to chance. You get to show up and simply be present.

Step Four: Your Wedding Day

On your wedding day we show up fully, not just as your photographers but as a calm and steady presence in what can be a beautifully busy day. We work closely with your other vendors, keeping the timeline moving smoothly so nothing gets missed and your love story gets told completely. Need a water? We will grab it. Need a message delivered to Mom? Consider it done. We are in the business of making your day feel supported, joyful, and completely yours.

Step Five: Sneak Peeks and Your Final Gallery

In the weeks following your wedding we share a curated selection of sneak peek images because we know the wait is real and we want to give you something to hold onto. Your full wedding gallery is delivered within 60 to 90 days following your wedding date depending on the season and booking volume. Along with your gallery you receive a print release giving you the freedom to print your images wherever you choose. We also provide trusted print lab recommendations so your photos are always reproduced beautifully. Your gallery link is fully shareable with family and friends so everyone who loves you can download their favorites. Moms and grandmas especially love this part.
